Series 2 Amplifier

Here is the circuit for the BJT-output amplifier module. Several have already been made and have found their applications in the comfort of home audio systems, professional and business establishments, school and public address systems, and students' project of several engineering and tech-voc institutions. The circuit is tried and proven and have gone through the mill for several years.

hi LE,

the amp i made (series 2) is nice...my problem is solved... i just paid attention to my power supply (custom made EI core 800VA rated), good caps (based on ampere requirement), dual bridge diode per channel and good decoupler caps... with those mentioned yoou can not go wrong... it works with me... my only problem is the circuit protect and thermal shotdown if needed since forced air conf needs to be maintained and some requirement needs to be rugged and low mentainance but with the good bass sound with high freq detailed and nice spatial resolution it will be fine for home use after all the rails (+,-)are with fuse

hi LE,

bmb in Raon, Manila is selling modules for their amp... and because they have a nice location they get the market... but for the sound it produces oops it does not work for my ears.
they sell transformers with capacitors and diode as set and main board also as set and yeah also casing.
bottom line.... the LE Amps is unbeatable.

keep up the good work

Hello readers,

Rated transformers and matching capacitors after rectifying makes clean rails. It is basic to make your connections as short as possible and the main board is the secret for sound quality. I made a special bench power supply for this hobby and have tested a half dozen assembled L.E. kit to include mosfet type kits.
